MEDIA ADVISORY: Kickstand Edmonton celebrates one year of lifechanging impact on youth mental health
EDMONTON, Alberta, March 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kickstand Edmonton, operated by YMCA of Northern Alberta is a free youth services site in West Edmonton Mall, offering mental health counselling, primary healthcare, Indigenous wellness, life skills training and more to young people ages 11–25. On Thursday, March 12, 2026, the youth hub will celebrate its first full year of offering barrier-free access to well-being services with a birthday party event that centres the experiences of youth who participate at Kickstand.
